The West End Waiters are London's favourite Singing Waiters wedding band for hire. Performing all of your favourite dance floor fillers, from the likes of Katy Perry and Queen, The West End Waiters guarantee to make your wedding party one to remember!

The West End Waiters are a very experienced live band and regularly entertain at weddings in London and surrounding areas. The band come fully self-contained with professional PA, lighting and a bespoke pre-mixed disco before and after live sets - so your whole night of entertainment is sorted in just one booking! On top of that, the band will even perform your choice of first dance!

If you're looking to extend the live music to cover your ceremony or drinks reception, The West End Waiters offer a live lounge style acoustic set which can create the perfect atmosphere for the early part of the day.

FAQ

How long do you take to set-up?
60 minutes. Please note, to keep the act a surprise for your guests we recommend setting up before your guests arrive.

What time do you play?
Any time to suit you, standard prices are for 30 minutes of music, anytime throughout the day or evening.

How long do you play for?
We mingle in with your guests, taking on the role of the waiting staff (for an allotted time to suit you) before bursting into song, performing for 20-30 minutes of music, depending on your event and requirements.

Do you have your own PA?
Yes – this is included in the price.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Yes.

How much space do you require?
Hardly any! We will set up the PA in a discreet position, then integrate ourselves into your event, pretending to be waiters. We use wireless microphones, so after the big ‘reveal’ we will then perform in and around the tables and your guests making the experience completely interactive, totally fun, and engaging for everyone!

How much power do you require?
2 x 13 amp sockets is fine for our system.

Do I need to provide food/drinks?
Ideally soft drinks and a hot meal or buffet. But this is certainly not a deal breaker so if you can’t provide this, just let us know in advance and we’ll bring food & drink with us.
