Mason Stone are a dynamic four or five-piece party/function band from the south of England. 
Mixing a vast but eclectic blend of timeless pop and rock covers, performed to the highest standard. A band with soaring harmonies, exquisite guitar playing and the tightest of rhythm sections fronted by cool, charismatic, male and female vocalists.

The guys and gal have extensive experience in the music industry having worked with the likes of Brian May, Taylor Hawkins(Foo Fighters), T Rex, New York Dolls, The Hoosiers, James McCartney (Macca’s son!) and Toploader to name but a few. They’ve toured the world, appeared on BBC television and radio, held long term cruise residencies and played major music festivals.
This professional outfit exude confidence on stage and with a repertoire covering the last 70 years of popular music are bound to have something for everyone. Covering songs from The Beatles to Bruno Mars, The Ventures to Jessie J; with a little bit of Michael Jackson and Aretha Franklin in between. They are happy to learn a first dance or request of your choosing to be performed live on your big day should you require.
The show always looks and sounds great, with a full range state of the art PA and lighting, and an IPad DJ service between sets. They are always adaptable and friendly and will go out of their way to ensure your event is the best it can be.

We hired Mason Stone to play at our wedding reception at the Barbican in London in November 2015 and they were absolutely fantastic. They were really friendly and very talented - they learnt our 'first dance' song especially for us and made sure the dance floor was full all night with their excellent set list. They judged the crowd very well indeed, seeming to predict exactly when grabbing the air to Seal's 'Kiss from a rose' was required and when 'Park Life' would go down best, and providing an excellent song for the improptu conga! One of the best things for my husband and I was that the band looked like they were really enjoying themselves too, which made the atmosphere even better. First of all, “Congratulations” and thank you for taking the time to speak to us and considering us to be a part of your big day.We understand that there are many decisions to make when planning your wedding so we want to make it as easy as possible. Choosing a band is a big part of your entertainment for the day, and we pride ourselves in doing everything we can to make it go out with a bang and get the party going! Please find below a sample of our services and what we can offer you throughout the day.

CEREMONY

Tailored packages can include entrance music, signing of the register, exit and attendance at rehearsal but will be tailored to your requirements and needs. Songs will be learnt and arranged for you unless otherwise specified and included in quotation. This can be as simple as an acoustic duo upwards. Pricing will differ if we are only required for one section of the ceremony and if we are not needed to attend the rehearsal.WEDDING BREAKFAST
Want some background music or something a bit more laid back? Maybe a trio of musicians?
We can provide an acoustic set for easy listening or just help to provide the equipment you need to play your own play list.
 
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

Our fee as standard would include all of the below;2 x 1 hour sets from the four or five-piece band
Professional PA
Lighting
iPad DJ service which can be tailored to you in between sets
Fully PAT tested equipment
Public liability insurance
Your first dance learnt and performed live (Additional songs can be learnt for a fee)
Direct contact with us to discuss your requirements
Advice on timings and how to make the most of your evening
On site sound check before we play, so the sound and volume is tailored to your venue
We are fully committed to giving you the best entertainment and service that we can, first class musicianship is our priority.

On the day we would require a minimum of an hour and a half (depending on access to the location and where we are playing) to set up and sound check and a similar amount of time to pack down. Please bear in mind that we are a five-piece band so the more space you can provide us with the better. It is also greatly appreciated if some kind of provision for food and drink can be made for us. We have often spent a lot of time in preparing and travelling to you on the day and don’t get a chance to take a break or get to the shops, even rock stars need fuel! Just think of it as fueling your party!
